About the role

We work with customers in warehousing, logistics, and production who are facing change. This can involve businesses that are growing rapidly, undergoing major transformations, or needing to create better structure and control in daily operations.

As a Logistics Developer at Pokayoke, you are responsible for creating a clear picture of the current state, target state, and prioritized actions moving forward. You conduct analyses of flows, capacity, working methods, and resource utilization, and identify development areas related to efficiency, quality, and profitability.

The role involves close interaction between operational activities, projects, and management. You drive improvement work, create decision support materials, and ensure that change gains traction over time.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of warehousing and logistics operations
• Map the current state within flows, capacity, staffing, and working methods
• Identify areas for improvement related to structure, efficiency, and profitability
• Define the target state and develop prioritized action plans
• Create decision support for establishments, changes, and tenders
• Calculate effects, costs, and consequences of different solutions
• Drive improvement work in existing operations
• Ensure stability and direction during change initiatives
• Monitor KPIs and ensure that measures yield results over time
• Collaborate with operations, management, and external stakeholders

Who are you?

You have an operational background and understand the connection between operations, flows, and financial outcomes. At the same time, you have the ability to analyze businesses from a broader perspective and translate insights into clear recommendations and actions.

You are comfortable in changing environments and have the ability to create structure even when the assignment is initially unclear. Furthermore, you are experienced in building trust within the organization and driving development through collaboration and clear communication.

Your background

We would like you to:

• Have several years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or production, preferably 3PL
• Have worked with business development or change management
• Combine analytical skills with operational execution
• Be confident in dialogue with both operational staff and management
• Be able to translate logistics improvements into business value and decision support
• Have an understanding of logistics solutions, flow design, and development in the field
• Experience with CAD, layout work, or similar tools is a plus
