With us, you have the world's most fun part-time job that gives you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to sports activities, as well as gain experience and qualifications for working with leadership and groups.

Play, have fun, and spread joy to the children. It doesn't get much more fun than this! The job is also perfect to combine with studies or other jobs.

At Fotbollskul, you get the opportunity to introduce football as a sport to a lovely group of children aged 2–6 in a playful way. We hope that the children will be inspired to continue exercising, and your leadership plays a big role in this.

💥We are looking for you who:

• 👉 Loves working with children
• 👉 Is cheerful, playful, and engaged
• 👉 Has football experience or general ball skills from other ball sports
• 👉 Has experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, or alternatively has a long sports background and been a leader for children in another context (e.g., preschool, school, childcare)

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

• 🎯 Your goal is to constantly work so that all participants feel satisfied when they leave each Fotbollskul session.
• 🎯 You will lead the children and their parents through various exercises inspired by football and ball games in a playful and engaged manner, developed by Active Academy's sports pedagogues.
• 🎯 We work from a pre-planned session structure where all exercises and games are fully planned in advance. As a leader, you get the chance to focus entirely on spreading joyful movement, focusing on ball play, ball courses, shooting, and passing.

Before starting work with us, you will participate in our leadership meeting where we train you in our specific concept.

📅Employment Terms

• Hourly employment
• The work takes place during autumn 2026, starting in week 35.
• The sessions are scheduled on Sundays between 10:00–12:00 at Morö Backe School, Gymnastics Hall B.
• Approx. 1–2 hours/week.
