Working in a Rusta warehouse is fast-paced and varied. The tempo is high, but the joy is even higher! At the checkout, among the shelves, and in the middle of our campaigns, you are the one who creates the customer experience. You greet our customers with a smile and ensure the store looks good, is well-stocked, and inspiring. One day you help a customer find the right suitcase, the next day you rebuild an entire department. No day is the same – and we love it!

You don't need to know everything from the start – we will teach you! But we believe that you:

• Enjoy talking to people and making their day a little better
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and solves problems with a "I'll fix it!" attitude
• Are available to work mornings, days, evenings, and weekends

Here is how the application process works

We skip the CV and cover letter (yes, you read that right!). After you submit your application, you will be directly invited to a chat-based first interview with our virtual recruitment assistant, Hubert. The purpose of this interview is to make the selection process faster and more accurate – it does not replace the human interview, but serves as a first step that helps us create better conditions for a more in-depth conversation later in the process. The interview normally takes about 15–20 minutes to complete.

In addition to a chat interview, we want to get to know you through:

1. A few selection questions you answer when applying
2. A short test (don't worry – it's not a math test)
3. An on-site interview at the warehouse
4. Digital reference checks
5. A background check – nothing strange, just routine
