Restaurant Spring is a popular restaurant located on Campus Örebro, offering a welcoming environment with a focus on good food, quality, and service. We serve freshly prepared lunches daily with a varied menu, salad buffet, freshly baked bread, as well as coffee or tea. Short about the position

We are looking for you who have experience from restaurants, cafés, or similar service operations. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment, are easy to collaborate with, and enjoy working closely with both guests and colleagues.

At our workplace, you will work in a small team where everyone helps and supports each other in daily tasks. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible, unpretentious, and enjoy working in a team.

The role includes lunch preparations, serving the lunch buffet, working at the cash register, dishwashing, and cleaning of the kitchen and restaurant areas. Together with the team, you are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and order in the kitchen.

We are looking for a positive, responsible, and service-oriented person who enjoys varied tasks, takes initiative, and contributes to a good atmosphere in the workplace.

Our requirements

• Interest in food and beverages
• Previous work experience from the restaurant industry
• Proficiency in cash handling and computer systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits for the position

• Experience in simple cooking & cold kitchen
• Experience from conferences or similar operations
• A solid interest and preferably knowledge and experience in sustainability work, as the restaurant is/will become quality and environment certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
