At Active Academy, we are now looking for leaders for Knatteskutt, Sweden's largest sports school for children aged 1–4.

We are looking for you who:

• 👉 Love working with children.
• 👉 Have a natural sense of rhythm and timing in your body.
• 👉 Have experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children. Alternatively, you have a long sports background and have led children in other contexts (e.g., preschool, school, or childcare).

You are a confident and self-assured person!

What is Knatteskutt? 🐰

At Knatteskutt, children get to jump, run, dance, and play with balls. We mix different sports activities in a playful and fun way.

We work with a pre-planned session structure, meaning all sports courts, exercises, and games are fully planned out. This allows you as a leader to focus entirely on spreading joyful movement!

As a leader, you will receive coaching throughout the term, participate in a leadership training course, and become part of an amazing team of over 300 leaders.

✨ You will simply get the most fun part-time job, giving you experience and credentials in working with children's groups.

📅 Employment details:

• Hourly position.
• The work runs during autumn 2026, starting in week 35.
• Sessions are scheduled on Sundays from 09:00–11:00 at the gymnasium of Granbackaskolan.
• Approx. 1–3 hours/week.

QUALIFICATIONS: You are encouraged to be studying (or have completed) a preschool teacher education or similar. It is a plus if you have studied the arts program in high school, worked as a group fitness instructor, have other dance training, or similar. However, this is not a requirement to apply – you may have the right personality even without these specific qualifications.
