TP Förskolor AB currently operates 33 preschools across nine different municipalities.

We are a private company that, with well-educated and socially competent educators, runs developmental preschool activities encompassing care, play, and learning in a creative environment for children aged 1–5.

Then Ekorrens Preschool might be the right place for you. We are now looking for a certified preschool teacher for the young children's department – where care, play, and language grow together.

Ekorrens Preschool is located in a nature-friendly area just north of Täby Centrum, opposite Ensta Krog. Our large, hilly forest yard offers rich opportunities for exploratory play in varied environments throughout the year.

The preschool consists of seven departments:

• Grodan & Ugglan (1–2 years)
• Giraffen, Björnen & Bläckfisken (3–4 years)
• Lejon (5–6 years)

We have our own kitchen with a dedicated cook, where meals are prepared with care every day, and we offer pedagogical meals.

We are looking for you who are an engaged and present preschool teacher.

Our pedagogical focus

Language:

We work with active read-aloud sessions, our own library, and Polyglutt – a digital library with over 1,500 books in approximately 50 languages.

Play:

Play is children's most important tool for understanding their surroundings. We cherish play as the foundation for learning, relationships, and development.

Environment:

In an stimulating environment that is constantly evolving, every child is given the opportunity to use all their senses based on their own prerequisites.

Documentation & Communication:

We use the digital platform Tyra to make teaching visible and strengthen collaboration with guardians.

Start date: August 2026. The position is 35 hours/week.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a certified preschool teacher
• Have a genuine interest in young children
• Are confident, responsive, and professional in your role
• Wish to contribute to community, development, and pedagogical quality
• As language and reading are a large part of our work, we consider it a requirement that you communicate, read, and write very well in Swedish.

At TP Förskolor, we look for candidates who have:

• A preschool teacher degree with certification
• Good knowledge of children's needs, development, and learning, with a clear child focus
• Good knowledge of the Curriculum, with a clear understanding of what our mission entails
• Good ability to lead your work team
• Ability to translate theory into practice
• Ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Knowledge of using digital tools in daily work
• Good collaboration skills
