Your role

As a car rental agent, you will handle our customers' car rental experience from start to finish, from booking and pickup to return, as well as handling follow-ups and incoming inquiries.

Working hours

The station is currently open Monday–Friday between 07:00–18:00. Working hours vary depending on the season but are scheduled within opening hours. During certain periods, shifts on weekends may also be available.

Your responsibilities

• Customer interactions over the counter, via phone, and by email.
• Actively work with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products.
• Risk assessment.
• Car washing and damage inspection.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Delivery of rental cars.
• Administrative tasks.

About you

You have

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A valid B-driver's license for at least one year.
• Good computer skills.

Sixt Rent a Car was founded in Munich by the Sixt family in 1912. Sixt went public in the mid-1980s and became a market leader in several European countries, especially in Germany.
