Since our founding in 2005, we at Balder have grown through business drive, engagement, and competence. Today, we are a leading player in the real estate sector, and we continue to develop our commercial operations. We are now looking for more sales professionals to join our office in Gothenburg.
Every deal counts
As a sales professional, you are responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with potential tenants, primarily via phone and email. Through your work, you contribute to our goal of zero vacancy within our commercial property portfolio.
You will be welcomed into an open team that constantly strives for development. As part of the role, you are expected to continuously contribute new ideas and working methods to further develop both the role and the work itself.
The position involves close collaboration with our commercial lessors, and you will accompany them on property viewings to some extent, following the process all the way to agreements with the customers you generate.
To sharpen your sales skills, we offer you continuous training in sales, presentation techniques, and efficient time management.

Are you the right person for us?
We are looking for someone who is business-driven, engaged, and humble. You thrive in contact with people, are comfortable with phone calls and customer dialogue, and have an interest in sales and real estate. Your experience and knowledge are important, but it is your willingness to create and maintain good relationships that will make you successful with us.
The position is a part-time hourly employment of approximately 50%, where you have some flexibility to distribute your working hours yourself.
