Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of internal systems
• Troubleshooting and technical support
• Automation and improvement of workflows
• Collaboration on digital solutions and development projects
• Contribute to the best service and quality

Desired Qualifications:

• You are comfortable using digital tools and have good IT competence
• Practical experience in programming and development
• Experience with TypeScript, Svelte, Python, APIs, or databases is an advantage
• Team player – good internal and external collaboration skills
• Customer and service-oriented
• Good knowledge of English
• Thrives in a stimulating work environment
• Formal education is not a requirement – personal drive and interest are highly valued
