About the role

As an Account Manager here, you will take on a social role with many touchpoints. You will quickly become part of the team and work alongside fantastic colleagues who share your high level of ambition. Your most important task in this role is to build strong customer relationships and create business opportunities.

Your team and your development

Your team consists of several other Account Managers and an engaged Team Manager. Our Team Managers are not just leaders; they are also mentors and coaches who do everything to give you the best conditions for success in your role. Responsibilities

As an Account Manager with us, you build and develop your own customer relationships. A typical day in this role involves:

  • Prospecting: Searching for new customer contacts among potential companies that have not previously collaborated with us, as well as within our existing network. This is where you will truly contribute your drive and persistence to achieve results.
  • Sales Meetings: This is where we introduce our services. This includes "cold calls" where you get to showcase your sales skills and establish new relationships with potential customers. You build good customer relations, conduct needs analyses, and leave a strong impression.
  • Market Intelligence: Strategically mapping out the future needs of our established customers. We can offer the most value when we anticipate customer needs and work proactively in our customer relationships.
  • Strategic Business Development: As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to handle prospects and customers with more complex business opportunities – such as Talent Advisory, Framework Agreements, Upskilling, and Reskilling.

We are looking for someone who

We see that you have

  • Valid Driver's License (Category B): Required for customer visits.
  • Business Sales Acumen: Documented skill in driving sales and conducting professional dialogues with decision-makers.
  • Goal-Oriented Drive: Ability to work towards high goals and use KPIs as tools to achieve results.
  • Customer Focus: Skilled at analyzing customer needs and creating long-term satisfaction.
  • Academic or Professional Background: Post-secondary education (e.g., economics/sales) or equivalent business understanding from professional experience.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken) and good knowledge of English.
