Do you want to help develop tomorrow's vehicle systems? We are now looking for several engineers within embedded software and system development for exciting assignments within the automotive industry.

We are looking for both junior and senior profiles. The most important thing is your drive, your technical interest, and your willingness to develop.
Main responsibilities
In the role, you will among other things work with:
- Development of embedded software
- Requirements management and requirements breakdown
- Model-based development in Matlab/Simulink
- Testing, verification, and troubleshooting of systems and functions
- Creation and review of test cases
- Integration and verification of electrical and software-based systems
- Work in system tools such as SystemWeaver or similar
- Improvement of software quality and development processes
- Collaboration in cross-functional technical teams
Depending on the level of experience, the role may also involve technical leadership, system responsibility, and work with technical roadmaps.
We are looking for you who
- Have experience with embedded software development within the automotive industry
- Have knowledge within Matlab/Simulink
- Enjoy working with complex technical systems
- Have experience with verification and testing, preferably at a low level
- Are analytical, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious
- Thrive in teams and like to drive the work forward
It is an advantage if you have experience with:
- CI/CD and automated test flows
- Programming within examples such as C/C++, Python, or scripting languages
- System engineering and requirements management
- Electrification or safety-critical systems
We also see that you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent education
- Have preferably written your thesis within automotive
- It is an advantage if you have had summer jobs or other work experience in the field

- Start: September or according to agreement

- Salary: Fixed monthly salary
- The recruitment is ongoing and the position may be filled before the last application date. For this role, you will be employed as a consultant at Friday with the vision to transition into an employment with the client company.
