To our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy industry, we are now looking for a Delivery Coordinator for order projects for an assignment at their site in Finspång.

This is initially a 12-month consultancy assignment starting in August via Unik Resurs, with very good opportunities for extension.

Tasks and Responsibilities

We are now looking for a Delivery Coordinator for order projects. In this role, you will have a central function where you are responsible for ensuring that materials, tools, and instruments are ordered, monitored, and shipped to gas turbines worldwide. You will work closely with several different departments within the company and become an important part of creating efficient and well-functioning flows in the projects. The work involves many contact surfaces and requires that you thrive in a coordinating role where structure, service, and collaboration are in focus.

During the training period, you will work on-site at the office with support from one or more mentors. Once the training is completed and the home office is approved, there is an opportunity to work from home two days per week.

Tasks:

• Responsible for ordering, monitoring, and shipping materials, tools, and instruments to gas turbines worldwide.
• Work with order projects and coordinate deliveries.
• Collaborate with several different departments within the company.
• Handle and follow up on material and warehouse flows.
• Participate in meetings both physically and digitally in Swedish and English.
• Contribute to improvements and development within your own area of work.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who appreciate order and structure and who has a service-oriented approach to work. You are driven by development and finding improvements within your area of responsibility. You enjoy working in project teams but also feel secure in taking individual responsibility and driving tasks forward on your own. As a person, you are cheerful, easy-going, and driven with a strong commitment to your work. You have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and are curious to learn new things. We also believe that you are communicative and have an easy time building good relationships both in person, via email, phone, and Teams.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel, is required.
• Good spoken and written proficiency in both English and Swedish is required.
• Relevant education or equivalent experience.

Merits:

• Experience with SAP is highly meritorious.
• Previous experience in export/import logistics and warehouse flows is advantageous.
