Technical Service Manager at ElectroHeat – Lead our Service Organization

About the Role

In this broad and independent role, you are responsible for planning, executing, and following up on service tasks, while simultaneously leading and developing our service department. You work closely with our customers and are instrumental in selling spare parts and service agreements.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Customer Support via phone and email for technical inquiries

• Quotation work for modifications, spare parts, and service agreements

• Order administration for repairs and spare parts

• Planning of service tasks for field technicians and workshop staff

• Responsibility for instruments and sensors during calibration

• Documentation and follow-up after service visits

• Personnel responsibility for two service technicians

• Budget responsibility for the service organization

About You

• Technical high school education or equivalent experience

• Advantageous: experience in field service, HVAC, or machine maintenance

• Good computer skills

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Valid driver's license (Category B)

You are social, proactive, and thrive in a role where you both lead and work hands-on. You have a strong technical interest, but above all, you are passionate about customer contact and building relationships.

We manufacture advanced industrial furnaces in Gothenburg, used in everything from wind power production to curing carbon fiber chassis and components for the space industry. We are approximately 45 specialists working together to build a stable and profitable company with global reach.
