ABOUT THE POSITION At Kura Omsorg, we are looking for you who want to work as a temporary substitute on an as-needed basis and reside just outside Bollnäs. Working hours are primarily scheduled as 24-hour shifts, on weekdays and some weekends.

The working hours are as follows:

• 09:00 - 09:00 the next day with overnight stay.

Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a cheerful young woman who laughs easily. She lives in Bollnäs, and the work will be based at her home. The client has a strong will of her own and is independent according to her own conditions. She enjoys music, bathing, being outdoors, and everything that involves speed and excitement. As a personal assistant, you will accompany her to daily activities and help her with everyday tasks. Your main duties will include dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, meal situations, daily activities, communication, and medication.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, calm, and confident in themselves. Furthermore, you are receptive and can give her the time and patience needed when she wants to show or tell something. The pace of work may vary during the day, and for this reason, you should be flexible and able to handle both slower and faster paces, as well as be stress-resistant. We view previous experience in the profession positively, but it is not a requirement to apply for the position. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license and access to a personal car.

• Not allergic to cats or horses.

MERITS

Employment level: Temporary substitute

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18 years of age, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
