We are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager with strong competence in Identity & Access Management (IAM) for a client in Stockholm. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that the company's IAM services function efficiently, securely, and in accordance with business needs.

You play a central role in the collaboration between the business, IT, and external vendors, ensuring that identity and access management are developed and maintained in a structured manner. This role is ideal for you if you thrive on combining operational work with strategic questions and want to contribute to creating long-term sustainable and secure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance and development of IAM services
• Act as the contact person between the business, IT, and external vendors
• Ensure that users and systems have the correct permissions at the right time
• Monitor incidents, changes, and improvement initiatives
• Participate in and lead meetings related to IAM and service delivery
• Develop processes and working methods within IT Service Management
• Ensure that solutions comply with internal guidelines and relevant regulations

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an IT Service Manager, Service Manager, or similar role
• Good knowledge of IT Service Management and preferably ITIL
• Experience in vendor management and monitoring SLAs
• Good understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Experience working in complex organizations
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective and secure IT solutions
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with practical work on IAM solutions
• Experience from large organizations or international environments
• Knowledge of information security and regulatory compliance
• Experience in change management and improvement work
