Job Description

We are now looking for you who are an experienced project leader or specialist in electrical engineering and want to take a key role in projects of decisive importance to society. With us, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced buildings and facilities where your expertise truly makes a difference – especially within sectors such as healthcare, high security, defense, and infrastructure. The role involves:

• Being responsible for the design and coordination of multidisciplinary teams
• Ensuring quality and delivery in technically complex projects
• Having close dialogue with customers and stakeholders, and contributing to long-term, innovative solutions.
• Contributing to the development of working methods and processes within electrical engineering design

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a combination of technical competence and leadership experience.

• Have substantial experience as a project leader, expert, or specialist within electrical, telecommunications, and/or security design.
• Are accustomed to working in complex projects with high demands on structure, quality, and safety.
• Have deep knowledge of electrical installations, power supply, and advanced security solutions.
• Thrive with responsibility, are solution-oriented, and have a strong drive to develop both yourself and the team.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Documented experience from projects within healthcare, high security, defense, or infrastructure.
• Specialist competence within advanced technical solutions and systems.

If you also have good customer relationships or strong references, this is seen as an additional plus.
