Your Role

As an assistant nurse at Bräcke Home Care Alingsås, you work closely with people in their homes. You contribute to safety and independence by providing support based on each person's habits and needs. Sometimes it involves practical help, and sometimes it is about creating calm and a warm welcome.

You will among other things:

• Provide individually adapted care at home, for example support with personal hygiene, meals, medication management, cleaning, laundry, and shopping
• Create safety and trust through continuity, presence, and respectful treatment
• Accompany clients on walks, errands, and other daily activities
• Be available quickly when the safety alarm is triggered
• Document and contribute to continuity, quality, and secure care

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have previous experience in nursing care and enjoy meeting people in their daily lives. You are good at listening to different needs and adapting your support in a respectful way. You take responsibility in your work, communicate clearly, and collaborate with your colleagues to ensure that everyday life works as well as possible for the client. You are also familiar with social documentation and understand how important it is for safety and quality.

Qualifications:

• Nursing and care education of at least 800 care points
• Previous experience of nursing care within healthcare and social care
• Experience of social documentation
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to handle computers and digital systems for email and documentation
• You can cycle

Merits:

• Driver's license category B
