About the job and your responsibilities:

• Our warehouse is located in Kalmar, and all work takes place on-site – where the pace is fast and the camaraderie is strong!
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00.
• Your main responsibility is to ensure that daily workflows run efficiently in our truck and buffer warehouse, where you work together with 5–7 employees. You will be actively involved in operations while helping to create structure, plan daily tasks, and drive improvements in routines and processes.
• Requirements: Forklift license and previous experience in a leadership role.
• The employment is expected to start on September 1st.

You will, among other things:

• Participate operationally in picking, packing, and handling goods.
• Plan daily staffing and task distribution.
• Ensure quality and delivery performance in daily operations.
• Work with and develop our business systems.
• Contribute to improvements in warehouse flows and working methods.
