About the Role

We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented person who wants to become part of our team in our tire workshop. The role is varied and combines both administrative work and practical work in the workshop, making it perfect for you who enjoy having a broad role and thrive on customer contact.

As an employee here, you will have a shared role where you both work in the workshop and assist with administrative tasks. In the workshop, you will work with tire changes, balancing, and simpler service tasks. The administrative part involves customer contact, bookings, order handling, and general workshop administration.

Your ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and offer solutions will be crucial for your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Customer reception and customer service
• Scheduling and order handling
• General administration related to the workshop
• Sale of tires and associated services
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through exceptional customer service
• Keeping up to date with the latest products and technical specifications
• Managing inventory and orders, ensuring the workshop is organized and well-stocked
• Contributing to a clean and safe working environment by following our procedures and guidelines
• Tire mounting and balancing
• Inspection and assessment of tire condition
• Simpler repairs and maintenance of tires
• Performing wheel alignments

Qualifications

• Experience working as a tire technician or within the automotive industry (meritorious but not required)
• Good technical understanding of tires and associated products
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense for customer service
• Flexible and able to work efficiently both independently and in a team
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and has a positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure
• Good computer skills and experience working with sales systems
• Category B driver's license (required)
