Both well-known cultural figures, distant visitors, and local regulars flock to our historic premises in Gamla Stan to enjoy the delicious food and authentic atmosphere – whether for everyday dining or special occasions. The team at Den Gyldene Freden is proud of our heritage and is constantly working to evolve classic flavors into modern cuisine. Our philosophy is that preparing and enjoying good food takes time. While our influences come from all over the world, the foundation is the Nordic cuisine interpreted in our own unique way, with great respect for ingredients, origins, and craftsmanship. We are now looking for a chef who feels confident in classical cuisine. We also value diligence and passion for your profession.
We offer you the opportunity to work with high-quality ingredients, in a well-organized business with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are currently seeking a skilled service cook with broad knowledge of traditional cooking. Here, we prepare food from scratch, focusing on flavors and craftsmanship. You will be involved in all aspects of the operation, from mise en place during the day to service in the evenings.
The position will be filled immediately.
