We are looking for you, whether you are a newly graduated chef (Junior) or a bartender, or if you have worked as a kitchen assistant and want to develop and take the next step. You should be able to prep, read a misselist in the kitchen, maintain a high pace, and help out where needed. This is a unique opportunity for you to network, learn, and get into the industry.

We want you to have education within the restaurant industry and preferably some work experience from a la carte or large-scale kitchens.

You love cooking and do not consider any task at the workplace unimportant. You have great professional pride and want to develop within the industry.

We are looking for someone who has/is:

• Graduated from Hotel and Restaurant School (at least 1 year) or has long experience as a kitchen assistant.
• Humble and eager to learn more about the chef profession.
• Morning person and has a bit of "street smarts" (confidence).

Swedish in speech and writing is important, as many recipes and instructions are in Swedish.
