About the Role

Blomsterlandet Örebro is an established store where a dedicated team of various ages works together to create an inspiring store environment and offer our customers knowledge, service, and plant joy.

We are now seeking, on behalf of our client, someone who wants to join this journey and take on the role of Store Sales Assistant for 35 hours per week until week 25, with the possibility of extension. The store is open weekdays from 10:00–19:00 and weekends from 10:00–17:00. The position involves working varied hours throughout opening times and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in the store.
• Staff the cash register and handle payments.
• Participate in daily sales activities.
• Receive, unpack, and stock goods, as well as work with product display in the store.
• The role requires stress tolerance, and physically demanding work is part of the daily routine.

About You

• Have experience in retail operations.
• Are positive, receptive, and solution-oriented.
• Are structured and organized with good prioritization skills.
• Focus on creating a fantastic customer experience and spreading plant joy.
• Interest in plants, flowers, and gardening is a plus.

We are looking for someone with the right attitude, drive, and willingness to develop. Personal qualities, teamwork skills, and engagement are highly valued!

Employment Type: The position is to be filled immediately and runs until week 25.

Salary: According to the retail collective agreement.
