We are an authentic Spanish tapas restaurant and vineyard located in Lysekil, operating for over 20 years. At Luna Vineyard & Restaurant, you will spend the summer working with a team of approximately 20 people, all of whom are 100% dedicated. Our primary goal is to satisfy our guests, which is one of the reasons we have been ranked number one on Tripadvisor in the area for several years!

We are an authentic Spanish restaurant in Sweden with a wide selection of Spanish wines. Our variety and passion for wine are well-known in the region. Our vineyard is also one of the northernmost in the world. On the vineyard, we offer guided tours, tasting menus with matching wine packages, and more.

As part of our kitchen team, your main task is to ensure high-quality cooking and presentation of dishes, while following our recipes and quality guidelines. You will also contribute to an efficient and positive work environment in the kitchen by collaborating closely with other members of the kitchen team.

• Communication Skills: Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in English. It is a plus if you speak Swedish and Spanish, as we have recurring staff from primarily Sweden and Spain in both the kitchen and the dining area.

• Restaurant Kitchen Experience: You have previous experience (at least 2 years) in the culinary profession and a genuine interest in meeting people.

• Teamwork & Responsibility: You work well with others, take responsibility for your tasks, and are punctual and reliable.

• Stress Resilience: You maintain calmness and efficiency even at a high pace and can handle unexpected situations professionally.

• Knowledge: We consider it a bonus if you have knowledge of Spanish cuisine.

• Social: You thrive in social settings, easily connect with new people, enjoy working in a group, and contribute to a positive atmosphere.

• Adaptable: You are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances.
