RESPONSIBILITIES

As a forklift driver at S:t Eriks, you play a central role in the factory's daily operations, ensuring materials are handled efficiently from production to storage and onward to the customer. The work primarily involves loading and unloading trucks, where you ensure that goods are handled safely, systematically, and correctly.

The role is varied and fast-paced, especially during periods of high workload, and you are expected to work independently while collaborating closely with colleagues in production, warehousing, and dispatch. Through good planning, organization, and a proactive approach to safety, you contribute to timely deliveries of the right quality.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive and succeed in this role, we are looking for an experienced forklift driver who is accustomed to operating counterbalance forklifts and working with the loading and unloading of trucks. You have a good understanding of occupational health and safety issues and feel comfortable in a high-paced work environment where quick prioritization is sometimes required.

The position entails significant personal responsibility and requires you to be self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and proactive. At the same time, we value a strong work ethic and good teamwork skills, as you will become an important part of a small team where everyone contributes to the whole. Furthermore, we believe you have:

• Forklift license
• Experience in loading and unloading
• Category B driver's license
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have a license for wheel loaders (C2) and experience working in WMS systems.
