Your New Role

We are now looking for a driven and structured consultant for a role where you will become an important part of a team responsible for customer order management and delivery assurance of purchased materials.

In this role, you will work closely with internal buyers and contribute to ensuring efficient flows and deliveries within production and aftermarket.

As an Order Administrator, you will among other things:

  • Receive and handle incoming inquiries and orders for purchased articles
  • Analyze and convert inquiries into customer orders
  • Coordinate and follow up on modification orders for technical equipment
  • Ensure availability of materials and equipment between different internal operations
  • Manage and follow up on deliveries to internal and external customers
  • Ensure that necessary export licenses and administrative requirements are met prior to delivery

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • Education within logistics, supply chain, or equivalent work experience
  • Are structured, proactive, and have good prioritization skills
  • Thrives in a role with many contact surfaces and a high pace
  • Are communicative and express yourself well in both Swedish and English
  • Have experience with ERP/business systems, preferably IFS, and good proficiency in the Office suite
  • Meritorious: Understanding of export control or experience from manufacturing industry.
