We are a lovely ICA Nära grocery store in Haga, Gothenburg, looking for a dedicated employee. We are seeking someone who wants to develop and take responsibility.

It is important that you love working in a grocery store and can provide every customer with the service they expect, even during stressful lunch rushes. You will primarily work at the checkout, but also pick goods, manage shelf care, and handle daily operations to keep ICA Haga at the top level. You will work together with fantastic colleagues, but you also need to show that you can work independently in certain tasks. A genuine commitment to the entire store is required.

We are looking for someone who likes to plan, streamline, and organize their work, but who can also reprioritize in the daily schedule for the best interest of the store. Having a strong team spirit and wanting to move the company forward in its development should be second nature to you.

We are looking for someone who wants to stay within ICA and is excellent at service and customer interactions. The position primarily involves working at the checkout, but also covers other parts of the store such as dry goods, frozen food, dairy, and fruits & vegetables.

The position is a part-time role of approximately 32 hours per week. There may be an opportunity for full-time work after the summer.

Your working hours will vary between 06:00 and 23:00 and may include weekends.

Previous experience working within ICA or a similar environment is a requirement.
