Information about the position

Professionals Nord, in collaboration with Rosenqvist Entreprenad, is looking for a Foreman for the Mid/North region as part of our expansion journey in Norrland. The position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is handled by Professionals Nord and you will be employed directly by Rosenqvist Entreprenad.

The location of the position is flexible, but preferably in Västernorrland/Southern Västerbotten, as upcoming projects will largely take place in the interior of Västernorrland.

Responsibilities

In the role of Foreman, you are responsible for leading the production within earthworks/drainage, track, low voltage/overhead line, signaling, and telecommunications from the start to the end of the project. This includes responsibility for personnel, quality, and working environment. Examples of tasks include:

• Planning and follow-up of production and schedules
• Leading and distributing work in the field
• Resource planning
• Work with quality, working environment, and safety
• Contribute to efficient and well-functioning project execution

We are looking for you who

have a relevant background from a similar role within earthworks, infrastructure, construction, and/or civil engineering. We also view positively those who are eager to grow into the role! You enjoy practical work and appreciate a hands-on role, while also having experience with some documentation and administrative follow-up.

The most important thing for us is your attitude and personality! We are looking for you who lead with drive, warmth, and strong communication. We see that you are flexible, decisive, and solution-oriented, and that you easily create trust and an engaged team.

You master Swedish in speech and writing and have a B-driver's license. Traveling for work is a given for you, and you preferably have experience working in schedules with 7 days off in 7, as many of the projects require this.
