We are looking for you with a nursing assistant education who wants a meaningful and varied job with the opportunity to make a difference every day. You will work with common tasks within care and support based on a salutogenic approach.

We who work in elderly care in Härjedalen Municipality strive to offer a secure and stimulating environment for our care recipients.

The position includes evening and weekend shifts. Start date 2026-09-07 or as agreed.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in their daily lives with personal care, assistance during meals, washing, medication management, transfers, and rehabilitation.
• Act as a key link between different care providers and relatives.
• Take full responsibility for the interventions to be carried out during a work shift.

If needed, you may also work at other units within elderly care.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title.

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required to work in the care of the elderly and adults with disabilities.

Merits:

• Experience from working in elderly care, rehabilitation, or palliative care.

Desirable:

• Experience with the documentation system VIVA.

Personal suitability is given great weight.

• You are positive and receptive with good cooperation skills.
