About Granåsgården:

Granåsgården's special accommodation is located in Bengtsfors, within walking distance from the center. Here, 59 elderly people and individuals with various care and support needs reside. Our staff consists of care and support personnel with extensive experience in elderly care and healthcare. The facility is staffed 24/7.

Your role with us:

At Granåsgården, we work with the user in focus! Here, we work based on the user's individual needs, such as assistance with dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, or support during meals. We work in teams consisting of care staff, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and the unit manager, all focused on the user.

Individual time and social activities are a prioritized area where the role of the contact person is of great importance.

After completing training and passing a test, you are expected to perform delegated healthcare tasks. You also have documentation responsibilities for the users residing at Granåsgården.

In the role of assistant nurse, you will take personal responsibility and work based on the user's needs and wishes. You are secure, flexible, and have a professional and respectful approach. You enjoy working with people, are attentive, empathetic, and contribute to good collaboration within the work group. You also contribute to a positive and developing work environment and have a desire to collaborate to achieve the best overall solution for our users.

Requirements:

• You are a trained assistant nurse. Experience from similar work is meritorious.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• You have the ability to work independently and in a team.
• You are accustomed to documenting and working in digital tools. Experience with the documentation system LifeCare is meritorious.
