About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will work with the Uber Eats team handling varied tasks and managing multiple parallel activities. In this role, you will primarily provide support for the Swedish and Nordic markets, interacting with customers and partners.

Responsibilities include internal and external communication and customer support. You will primarily work via email, although outgoing contact via phone and chat will also occur. Initially, you will work exclusively from Uber's office in Stockholm/Solna. After the initial three months, you will have the opportunity to work remotely a few days a week.

Key responsibilities in this Customer Support role include:

  • Support for Uber customers in the Nordic market
  • Internal and external communication

This Customer Support position is a full-time consultancy assignment with immediate start, lasting for 6 months with a good chance of extension. Working hours are 08:00–17:00, with work every other weekend.

About You
We are looking for someone with prior work experience in customer support or a similar field. We expect you to have a high school education and excellent proficiency in Finnish, English, and Swedish, both spoken and written. It is important that you have previous experience in a similar role and are comfortable using computer systems.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who is forward-thinking and proactive, willing to take on new tasks and drive own projects. You have a strong ability to handle many issues in parallel, are flexible, and have high integrity. This requires good social skills and comfort working with a large network of contacts.

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience in customer service/support or equivalent
  • High school education
  • Fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in using computer systems
  • Proactive, problem-solver, and communicative
