Do you like technology, smart solutions and working with service? Now Lantmännen needs more staff and is looking for service technicians for the facilities in Askersund and Örebro. Here you will have a varied daily routine where you combine technology, problem-solving and customer contact – together with a close-knit team!

This position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process takes place through Bravura and you are employed directly by Lantmännen Maskin.

💼 Job responsibilities

As a service technician at Lantmännen Maskin, you will have a varied job where no day is like the other. You are responsible for servicing and troubleshooting agricultural machinery – both in the workshop and out at the customer's site. Here you are offered great variety and the opportunity to work with strong, well-known brands, which means authorized service and support.

You become part of a small, close-knit team with high competence and a genuine commitment to machinery, service and satisfied customers. Lantmännen's customers range from large contracting companies to farmers, municipalities and private individuals – and you become an important part of creating value for them.

Examples of tasks:

  • Perform basic service according to protocol (oil, filters, gearboxes, etc.)
  • Computer-based troubleshooting and interpretation of error codes
  • Repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery such as tractors, combine harvesters and implements
  • Use of computer-based diagnostic tools and documentation
  • Customer contact and collaboration with foremen, site managers and technical support

🔍 Education, experience and personal qualities

  • Vehicle or mechanical engineering education or equivalent work experience
  • Good knowledge of electricity/hydraulics with the ability to read and interpret diagrams
  • Computer skills
  • Category B driver's license
  • Good spoken Swedish skills
  • It is an advantage if you have experience working with combine harvesters

🚗 Independent – You are expected to be able to perform service work independently. At the same time, you know when it's time to ask for help.
