Who are we?

We are an established company with many years of experience helping electricity and power companies, as well as transformer manufacturers, with transformer maintenance. We install new, repair, and renovate existing power, distribution, and metering transformers on the Scandinavian market.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with an economic profile. At our company, you will have a workplace with a high pace and variety of different projects. We are a small organization that works according to a traditional working method.

You handle your responsibilities in a business-like manner and deliver results that contribute to the organization reaching its goals and creating value. You communicate messages in a simple way, are receptive, and adapt your communication to the recipient. The conditions in the organization vary, so it is good if you have an easy time structuring your work and thrive when using your good analytical problem-solving skills.

• Convey information about projects
• Planning, risk analysis, preparation, compilation, reporting, follow-up, and documentation
• Communication and dialogue with employees, customers, and suppliers

You are a person who follows instructions well, an inspiring project administrator who ensures that projects are completed according to given instructions. Additionally, you are social and easily build trust; you thrive working in a small organization where you easily get involved in matters that require rolling up your sleeves and solving situations.

• You have experience in project management.
• Experience in assembly or general contracting is meritorious.
• You have relevant technical education.
• You are proficient in both Swedish and English.
• Live in the immediate area of Hässleholm (max 4 miles).

Additional merits include:

• Experience in economic administration.
• Experience in payroll administration and/or bookkeeping.

Scope & duration: Full-time & permanent

Salary type: Fixed monthly salary
