About the Role
Swedbank is now looking for a Data Steward for the Collateral area within Lending Data. In this role, you will work to create a stable data foundation for their lending services, where you manage and ensure data quality, classify and govern critical data elements, and build an understanding of information flow through their systems.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain conceptual data models.
- Manage technical and business data lineage.
- Describe and classify critical data elements.
- Identify key data elements and ensure they meet our quality requirements through data controls and governance.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective data governance and quality.
We are looking for you who
- Have a Bachelor's degree in fields such as computer science, business intelligence, or statistics and mathematics.
- Have experience in data analysis.
- Have basic knowledge of data governance.
- Have the ability to communicate complex data-related issues.
- Have experience working with databases and data modeling.
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience implementing data governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Ability to work with data visualization tools.
