YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Varied assignments both in the workshop and out in the field

As a service technician, you are responsible for servicing and repairing agricultural machinery and providing excellent service to our customers. In a varied role, you work both in the workshop and out in the field to repair and service machinery on-site at the farmer's location. This role offers the opportunity to work flexibly and independently with high-tech machinery, engaging in varied troubleshooting and daily challenges. Documentation and customer contact are important parts of the job, where you, together with your colleagues, have significant influence on driving the workshop forward. As a service technician, you also act as a key link between our sales team, suppliers, partners, and other departments within the company. Together we are stronger, working through clear collaboration and shared goals. You will become part of our team at our facility in Plönninge, working closely with colleagues and the workshop manager.

YOUR PROFILE

You are a person with a strong interest in technology and machinery, who takes responsibility and enjoys working both independently and in a team. You have a strong customer focus and are actively committed to providing good service, both in terms of timeliness and quality. You enjoy developing, learning new things every day, and seeing solutions instead of problems. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, interests, and drive.

Furthermore, we look for:

• A vehicle technical education and/or practical experience with heavy vehicles/machinery.
• Some years of experience in the agricultural industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and electricity.
• Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A Category B driver's license is required.
