Do you want to combine technology, business, and customer dialogue in a role where you help shape the future communication solutions for our corporate customers? Do you thrive on translating complex technology into clear customer value and business results? At Tre B2B, we are now looking for a Technical Pre-Sales & Solution Specialist.

As a Technical Pre-Sales & Solution Specialist at Tre, you will become a key player in our corporate business. The role is broad and combines technical consulting, business development, and customer-facing sales support. You work with modern communication platforms – such as UCaaS, cloud-based telephony, mobile platforms, and IoT – and help our corporate customers find the right solutions based on their needs.

You participate in customer meetings together with our sales team, creating technical solution proposals, packaging offers, setting pricing models, and ensuring that we create value through both technology and commercial setups. Internally, you play a central role within B2B, working closely with IT, legal, and sales channels to drive solutions all the way from need to delivery. You follow market developments, analyze the competitive landscape, and conduct environmental scanning to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.

About you

We believe you have a technical background and substantial experience in a corresponding role where telecom, platform solutions, or communication services are at the center. You are confident in customer dialogues and thrive in a role where you build relationships, create understanding, and translate complex technology into clear business opportunities. A large part of your time is spent working closely with the sales organization to put together complex solutions. You understand the importance of staying updated on technology, the market, and competitors to ensure we stay ahead.

As a person, you are solution-oriented and naturally take initiative to drive your work forward, while also enjoying close collaboration with others to achieve common results. You have good knowledge of Microsoft’s platform solutions and are accustomed to working with modern communication solutions. You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English. If you also have knowledge within cybersecurity, we see this as a valuable asset in the role.
