We are currently looking for a senior and strategic Business Analyst/Requirements Manager for a new assignment. The consultant will drive and coordinate requirements work in complex business and IT initiatives with many stakeholders, requiring high standards for structure, communication, and governance.

The role involves responsibility for leading the requirements process from needs analysis to verified requirements, ensuring that business goals are translated into clear and actionable solutions.

• Lead and coordinate requirements work in large-scale programs and projects

• Responsible for requirements strategy, process, and methodology

• Facilitate workshops and needs analyses with business and IT stakeholders

• Identify, document, and prioritize business and system requirements

• Ensure traceability between business needs, requirements, and solutions

• Coordinate requirements between multiple stakeholders and suppliers

• Support project management, architects, and development teams with requirement-related issues

• Manage changes and requirements control throughout the entire project lifecycle

• Contribute to improving working methods, governance, and processes within requirements management

• Ensure solutions meet regulatory and business requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in requirements analysis and management

• Documented experience in strategic requirements management in complex organizations

• Experience from large-scale public sector or critical societal operations

• Strong experience in leading workshops and facilitating decision-making forums

• Experience with both business-oriented and technical requirements

• Experience with both agile and traditional project models

• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirement specifications

• Excellent communication and pedagogical skills

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

• Experience from public transport, transportation, or the public sector

• Experience working within large-scale digitalization or transformation programs

• Certification in areas such as IREB, BABOK, SAFe, or similar

• Experience with requirement tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Enterprise Architect

• Experience with integration and information flows

• Experience with governance and portfolio management
