Where you will work

Your workplace is Konstantinopel at Skomakaregatan 11, a residential facility with 44 apartments in central Norrköping, close to buses and trams. The building is divided into four departments: two for SÄBO (Support and Service for some Disabilities), one dementia department, and one department for people with disabilities. You will work together with a fellow nurse and a specialist assistant nurse. Each nurse is responsible for two departments.

Who are you?

You are responsible, independent, and confident in making priorities and leading others. You enjoy mentoring staff in healthcare matters, are unpretentious, and are motivated by organizing care in the best possible way together with your colleagues.

Your role includes maintaining continuous dialogue with relatives and informing them of changes in health status. You collaborate closely with colleagues, doctors, and any other internal and external contacts to ensure good care.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a colleague on a full-time basis for a permanent position with a probationary period, starting on 2026-09-01.

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits

We would prefer if you have previous experience within elderly care.

To thrive in this role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings. You are good at building good relationships and are service-oriented. At our company, we work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you feel comfortable in this environment.

Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, for example, a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
