Eurotransport is now looking for a Customer Service Representative for our operations in Kungsängen. Here, you will become an important part of the daily flow and work operationally in a small team with many contact points.

Customer service is a central function in the business, and you will play a key role in ensuring that bookings are registered correctly, customer cases are handled smoothly, and customers receive a professional and service-oriented experience. This role suits you if you like taking responsibility, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a busy everyday life.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Handling incoming inquiries via phone and email
• Administering and following up on bookings in the company's own systems
• Welcoming customers at the premises during vehicle pick-up
• Working with administration related to bookings and deliveries
• Maintaining ongoing contact with customers, drivers, and internal departments
• Ensuring that cases are followed up on and completed in a professional manner

We are looking for someone with experience from customer service, administration, or another service-oriented role where you have worked in a structured manner and had significant customer contact.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• High school education
• Experience from customer service, administration, or another service profession
• Good computer skills and experience working in various systems
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
• Good English in both speech and writing
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

It is an advantage if you also have experience with:

• Invoice handling or simpler economic-related tasks
• Case management systems
• The transport, logistics, or automotive industry

This is initially a consultancy position via Starfinder with good prospects for permanent employment with the client in the future.
