About the Company

Sydöstbagaren, located on the Kristianstad plain in Scania, is one of Sweden's few bakeries operated as an economic association. We have been baking in tunnel ovens and operating from our current premises since 1966. We are not just an industrial facility, but a true artisan bakery. In addition to high-quality bread, our pastry chefs create wonderful pastries, cakes, and coffee bread. Everything is made using Swedish flour and carefully selected ingredients. With 60 years of experience and a passion for quality and innovation, we strive to deliver the best products to our customers. We are based in Kristianstad and have approximately 30 employees.

About the Position

We are looking for 3–4 summer temporary staff for our bakery department. The roles involve everything from weighing ingredients and mixing doughs to operating machinery and ovens.

Previous experience in a bakery is an advantage, but not a requirement. We welcome applicants with experience from the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Weighing ingredients and mixing doughs.
• Operating machinery and ovens.
• Tasks may vary depending on the specific position assigned.

The work can be physically demanding at times.
