About the Role

The role of Atelier Assistant is a broad and dynamic position within the atelier, where you will be a key part of daily operations and contribute to ensuring that the atelier's workflow runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Support various parts of the production process.
• Pack and ship orders to customers.
• Inspect and measure finished curtains, as well as monitor quality.
• Ensure that orders are shipped complete.
• Cut orders when necessary.
• Assist with handling accessories, such as trimming and packing.
• Assemble motorized curtains.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the atelier's workspaces.
• Contribute to structure, efficiency, and improvements in the atelier's working methods.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is detail-oriented and has strong organizational skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize effectively.
• Is flexible and adapts easily to changing tasks and needs.
• Is proficient with computers.
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish.
• Previous experience in production is a plus.
