Bravida is now looking for three foremen for our project at EcoDataCenter in Borlänge. Depending on your background and experience, the role may focus on areas such as control installations, large-scale cabling, or other aspects of electrical installation.

About the Role

As a Foreman, you play a key role in daily production. You drive the work forward in close dialogue with lead technicians and report to the installation coordinator or senior project manager. The role can be compared to a project-leading function, but without financial responsibility.

You are responsible for planning and execution within your area and ensure that production takes place according to schedule, quality, and occupational health and safety requirements. We would like you to have previous experience as a lead technician and now wish to take the next step in your career.

Responsibilities

In the role of Foreman, you will among other things:

• Lead and coordinate daily work within your assigned electrical area
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with lead technicians
• Plan and staff jobs
• Monitor logged hours and staffing
• Be responsible for progress within your area
• Participate in and conduct production reviews
• Collaborate closely with the installation coordinator and project management

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience in foremanship or a similar role within electrical installation
• Technical understanding of electricity, e.g., control, power, or large-scale cabling
• Ability to plan, structure, and follow up on work
• Good communication skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Previous experience from larger and complex projects is an advantage.
