We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in mathematics up to grade 9 and want to work at a school that offers:

You will work with two teaching teams, grades 4–6 and grades 7–9, consisting of skilled and dedicated staff such as educators, student support staff, special needs teachers, counselors, and career guidance counselors. Together, they work to give all students good opportunities to develop towards the goals of the education. There is a very good atmosphere within the teams.

We are now looking for a special needs teacher in mathematics at 75–100% who is also open to working with students in our studio. This is a group of students in need of a smaller setting in middle and upper secondary school.

You put the student at the center and are a clear leader with good pedagogical skills. You easily create good relationships with colleagues, students, and guardians, and you value the importance of creating study peace and a good atmosphere in the classroom.

You are attentive to the needs of students and the organization and are interested in developing and adapting your working methods to different conditions.

You are well-versed in the goals of the curriculum and work systematically to make the teaching accessible to students.

As a person, you are positive, solution-focused, and flexible. You are a good role model for students and staff, and your values align well with those of Västbergaskolan.

The position includes teaching mathematics in grades 4–9 as well as in our studio activity for grades 4–7. You can imagine working with students in a smaller group as well as together with regular mathematics teachers in the classroom. Together, you work to continuously develop the teaching so that every student has the opportunity to develop as far as possible.

Salary: According to agreement.

Start date: August 11, 2026
