ICA Supermarket Spara is a family-owned store with approximately 50 employees. We are located in central Uddevalla and place great emphasis on fresh products and offering our customers the best possible service. Our opening hours are 06:00–23:00 every day.

About the position

As a store employee in our manual delicassen section, we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a grocery store and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.

You will primarily work with fresh products and our manual delicassen section, but also assist with other tasks that arise in the store. For us, the customer is always in focus, and we strive to provide world-class customer service.

It is important that you want to contribute to the store's development together with your colleagues.

The position includes among other things:

• Manual delicassen preparation
• Production and prep work
• Catering
• Cooking
• Sales and campaign work
• Stock picking and other store duties

You will continuously work to keep the section neat, fresh, and inspiring. Together with your team, you ensure that the section is always well-stocked and sales-oriented.

Working hours vary and include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays – simply whenever our customers visit us.

Previous experience from the grocery industry or an ICA store is meritorious, as is cash register experience, but the most important thing for us is your attitude and willingness to develop.
