About the role
We are now looking for a special educator who wants to become a key player in our Student Health Team (SHT). You are someone who is passionate about removing barriers to learning and has a special commitment to language development – the most important key to our students' success in all subjects.

Your mission: Student-centered expertise and collegial support

The role here is varied and requires you to be comfortable moving between different levels. You will work both directly with students and as a strategic support for our educators.

Your main responsibilities:

• Student-centered work: Plan and implement targeted interventions and support for students, with a special focus on linguistic vulnerability and reading and writing development.
• Pedagogical support: Mentor and support educators in the classroom to adapt the learning environment and teaching methods.
• Analysis & Documentation: Responsible for conducting in-depth pedagogical assessments and writing legally secure action plans.
• SHT Collaboration: Be an active part of the Student Health Team where we jointly drive the school's preventive and health-promoting work.

Who are you?

We are looking for a confident professional who is completely non-hierarchical. You see yourself as a team player who rolls up their sleeves where needed and understands that the best solutions emerge through collaboration with others.

Qualifications:

• Trained as a special educator (preferably with a focus on language, writing, and reading development).
• Genuine interest in language-developing approaches in all subjects.
• Experience in driving processes related to assessment and action plans.
• Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing, as well as being a good listener.
