Working with us – SRB Retail House

As a merchandiser at SRB Retail House, you are responsible for ensuring that store shelves are always well-stocked and that products are displayed in a sales-promoting manner. Your main tasks include:

• Refilling and maintaining goods, e.g., confectionery (loose and bagged).
• Checking signage and re-exposing products when necessary.
• Ordering goods and monitoring inventory status.
• Contacting store staff and ensuring the store's needs are met.
• Working independently in stores and potentially visiting multiple stores in a single day.

In this role, freedom with responsibility is key. You plan and carry out your work independently, while always having support from your area manager and other support functions at SRB Retail House.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who wants to work during week 21 and during the summer weeks 28–31. The position is approximately 2–3 hours/week, distributed over Monday and Thursday. Carpooling and training will take place already next week, week 20.

To thrive in this role, we see that you:

• Have an interest in the grocery trade and enjoy physically active work.
• Are solution-oriented, communicative, and work efficiently at a fast pace.
• Enjoy working independently and changing environments during the workday.
• Are an early riser – we start workdays early in the morning.
• A driver's license and access to a personal car are mandatory.
