We were founded in 2020 in Stockholm and are currently in an exciting growth phase.

About the role As a Logistics Coordinator, you are part of our logistics team and play a key role in ensuring fast deliveries and pickups with high service levels and good cost control, nationwide.

Managing an increasing number of trips and drivers in accordance with cost and quality goals is challenging but rewarding!

We now need to strengthen our team with a skilled Logistics Coordinator to further develop our operations.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Ensure that Carla's deliveries arrive on time with high quality and world-class service

• Participate in the company's and function's continuous development. Assist your direct manager and drive the training, leadership, and development of our drivers.

• Ensure quality and price adjustments when picking up purchased cars

• Plan and schedule Carla's drivers

• Check payments and identify and resolve issues in internal processes

• Be the hub of the network and collaborate commercially with external partners and customers as well as internal stakeholders and departments

We believe that you:

• Have proven ability to analyze data and interpret information effectively to continuously improve processes with an eye for detail.

• Experience with route planning and driver scheduling

• Experience leading teams (this can include leading initiatives within university life, sports, politics, business, or associations)

• Are a confident decision-maker with experience working with high volumes and fast pace in a dynamic environment

• Flexible, proactive, and initiative-taking. At Carla, no two days are alike, and you often need to change direction to achieve results

• Communicative and dynamic in your approach to the surroundings

• Experience from last-mile, logistics, traffic control, or staffing planning within transport or a related industry

• Experience from the automotive industry is an asset, as is a solid interest in cars

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Working hours and location

The position is based in Stockholm and Kungsängen. The logistics team works together from both offices, but primarily from central Stockholm. Working hours are Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00, where some flexibility may be required given the nature of the industry.
