About the role: As Store Manager, you are responsible for the store's sales, operations, and maintenance. You are the driving force behind creating a developmental environment for your employees and ensuring that every day at work is meaningful and productive. You report to and are coached by your District Manager.

Your main areas of responsibility include:

Sales and P&L Responsibility: You are responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets and ensuring a profitable operation.

People Management: You guide, coach, and motivate your employees to maximize their potential and contribute to the team's success.

Budgeting: You actively work with maintaining and monitoring budgets and take measures to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Leadership: You are a natural leader who thrives on building and developing a strong and engaged team.

World-class Customer Service: You ensure that every customer receives an exceptional service experience and that their needs and expectations are exceeded.
