We offer you the opportunity to become part of an inspiring, meaningful, and developing work environment at En väg in – Mental Health for Children and Young People, Kalmar County, a county-wide reception function. We are currently looking for a nurse, preferably with further education, to join our team.
When contact is made with En väg in, advice and support are provided for mental health issues affecting children and young people up to the age of 17, as well as their guardians. The role involves gathering sufficient information to ensure the child is offered care at the correct level, in a timely manner, and on equal terms.
Depending on your competence and experience, your duties will include providing advice and booking appointments for individuals or families who contact us via phone or 1177.se to either Child and Adolescent Health Services or Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, based on their needs.
About You
We work in a cross-professional team and wish to expand our team with one additional nurse. It is an advantage if you, as a nurse, have further education in psychiatry or district nursing. We are looking for someone with experience working in the field of mental health among children and young people, and we would appreciate if you have experience in counseling within this area.
As the operations are still under development, you need to be flexible and interested in contributing to further development. To thrive with us, you must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. We place great value on your ability to collaborate and your respectful approach towards those we serve.

Training initiatives based on the assignment will be planned according to your previous competence and experience, as we see great value in ensuring that assessments maintain high quality with the individual and family's needs in focus. We will therefore also offer continuous supervision and further education.
