Project Manager for Education and Students – JENSEN University College

In the role of Project Manager for Education and Students at JENSEN University College, you will, in close collaboration with working life, be responsible for leading and developing JENSEN's university college programs. You understand process-oriented work and can lead projects with various stakeholders as we operate under the Swedish University College Authority. The position is a full-time fixed-term contract for 1.5 years starting in August, with the possibility of permanent employment.

What is your background?

You have extensive experience in project managing processes and individuals in development. You are a secure and clear leader who can handle the expectations of different individuals and is driven by achieving high quality goals with customer satisfaction in focus. Since the work involves some administration, you need to have an eye for structure and order and be a person who likes details. To thrive in this role, you must also be results-oriented, responsible, flexible, and communicative.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Daily operational responsibility for classes/programs
• Coach, project manage, and develop students and consultants
• Ensure that education follows the guidelines of the Swedish University College Authority
• Participate in the application process for new programs
• Collaborate with industry and business contacts
• Recruit and develop the pedagogical skills of education consultants
• Actively contribute to development and take responsibility for the business reaching its goals

Employment type

The position is a full-time fixed-term contract for 1.5 years starting in August, with the possibility of permanent employment.
