About the role

As an Operator with us, you work on water purification and erosion protection in projects across Sweden. You play a key role in the execution, handling tasks ranging from sediment extraction in ponds and lakes to the installation of solutions that control water flow and protect structures in and around water.

The work takes place both on-site with clients and at our production facility in Örnsköldsvik. Projects are often carried out in small teams, giving you significant responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to how the work is planned and executed.

The position involves travel with overnight stays, and the work can be physically demanding at times. The base location is Örnsköldsvik, but your placement may be flexible.

The work is project-based, meaning there are periods of more intensive work on-site, followed by opportunities for time off when projects allow.

Your responsibilities

• Extract sediment by operating pontoons in ponds and lakes, and monitor drainage
• Produce concrete mattresses and silt curtains at our production facility
• Install flow control screens, screening basins, silt curtains, and concrete mattresses
• Maintain and repair equipment such as pontoons and concrete pumps
• Project reporting
• Contribute to the development of working methods and routines

Requirements and qualifications

• Valid driver's license (Category B); BE or higher is a plus
• Good proficiency in Swedish and basic English
• Experience in contracting, machine operation, or work in aquatic environments is a plus
• Excavator operator certificate is a plus
